For patients with non-participating insurance plans, we want to make sure you still have access to our medical services. While we may not be in-network with your plan, our physician is available to provide the care you need. In these cases, we need payment in full at the time of service. It allows you to submit claims to your insurance company for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits.
We provide flexible payment options for your financial needs. Crosspark Medical accepts personal checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, and other major credit and debit cards. You must bring your current insurance card when you visit our office, as we will file claims with your insurance carrier for covered services. Your insurance company needs us to collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles at the time of service. We have self-pay arrangements for such patients who do not have any insurance coverage. Self-pay arrangements require payment at the time of your visit. Kindly note that there are certain tests and procedures that are not covered by all insurance plans, so we recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to the date of service to verify.

We recommend you contact the insurance company before you schedule to verify coverage. If not covered, you'll be responsible for payment, but we offer flexible payment options including cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Allow 2-3 days for referral processing unless it's a medical emergency. Visiting a specialist without a referral may result in you being responsible for the full payment of that visit.
HIPAA regulations do not allow us to disclose any health information to family or friends without your written consent. This also limits the detailed information we can leave on voicemails.
